A plan for heat – How Berlin could use zero-emission heating in the future

Berlin has a new heating plan – a first step in advancing the heat transition and making the heat supply fit for the future. We can no longer afford to burn oil and gas. How can a city heat as emission-free as possible? And what measures does the Senate urgently need to implement?
