Podcast No. 19 – Actions against climate change – and how to end them

# 19

The German energy group RWE is suing the Netherlands for 1.4 billion euros in damages due to the coal phase-out. Such lawsuits are made possible by the Energy Charter Treaty, arguably the fossil lobby's sharpest tool against effective climate policy.
