Voices from the Global South on EU trade policy

Profile series: Material for educational work, workshops and information tables

The four profiles gather voices from the Global South on four important new instruments of European trade policy: the Deforestation Regulation, this EU Supply Chain Act, the Carbon border adjustment and the Forced Labour Ordinance.

The two-page profiles in DIN A4 format briefly explain the respective trading instrument and its perception by actors from countries in the Global South. Representatives of governments, companies, trade unions and social movements from countries in the Global South will speak. In addition, the profiles are loosened up with pictures and graphics. They are suitable for use in various formats of development education work, such as workshops or seminars, and as material for events and information tables.
