Protest against the U-turn in the EU Supply Chain Act

Participate in the protest! Contact constituency offices, call, write letters or emails.

Here is a text proposal from one of our supporters for letters/e-mails to the two ministers, which you can of course adjust:

Dear Mr Lindner, Dear Mr Buschmann,
In your joint letter of today – Trilogue result on the draft EU Supply Chain Directive (Corporate Sustainability):

"... Europe must compete in the system between the US and
China finds its place and needs a strong, competitive economy to
to claim in the world. These goals should and should be protected.
Do not sacrifice human rights and responsibility for the environment.”

In my opinion, this is exactly what you will do if you refuse to consent to the law! As a result, human rights are violated and the environment is harmed.
With your knowledge and will. Please change your course.

The e-mail addresses of the two ministers are:
christian.lindner@bundestag.de  ; marco.buschmann@bundestag.de

The structure of all e-mail addresses of the members of the Bundestag is the same: First name.Surname@bundestag.de

Please also take part in the call of the initiative Supply Chain Act to Chancellor Scholz and write to him, e.g.:

Dear Chancellor Scholz,
I call on you to show an attitude and to decide unequivocally in the Cabinet on corporate responsibility for human rights. You are responsible for Germany voting in favour of the EU Supply Chain Act in the European Council.
With expectant greetings

E-mail address: olaf.scholz@bundestag.de
