Uniper to sue Netherlands over coal phase-out

The German energy supplier Uniper wants to sue the Netherlands over the planned coal phase-out. The company is seeking hundreds of millions of euros in damages. Such group lawsuits are possible because the states keep them in trade and investment agreements. The lawsuits are slowing down the fight against climate change.
