Factsheet: An end to natural gas!

Natural gas is mainly used in electricity and heat production and in the chemical industry. However, it is not a clean energy source, but highly problematic. In this factsheet we show how great the climate damage of natural gas is and which serious environmental problems such as air and water pollution, earthquakes and land consumption are added. Many countries in the Global South are now considering an entry into gas production. This would be fatal not only for the climate, but also for the people living there. We need to stop using natural gas.
