Franziska Neumann-Lehmann is an assistant to the management at PowerShift. It supports the organizational work of the organization and accompanies central processes in the areas of events, internal coordination and communication.

She has been working at PowerShift since 2021, and as an assistant to the management since 2024. With her experience in international cultural and educational work as well as her linguistic and communication science background, she brings expertise in project organization, editorial preparation and digital practice.

At the interface of management, team and event work, it ensures that information, dates and content are reliably coordinated - internally as well as via website, newsletter and social media.
