Invitation to tender:
Part-time internship heat transition at PowerShift e.V. in Berlin
From 16.11.2026 the association offers PowerShift - Association for an Eco-solidarity Energy & World Economy e.V. in his office in Berlin (House of Democracy; Greifswalder Straße 4, 10405 Berlin) an internship in the energy team with a focus on heat transition.
This internship offer is aimed at compulsory university internships.

We offer:
- Insight into the work of an NGO in the field of energy and climate policy
- Participation in political network, educational and advocacy work at the Berlin level
- Participation in the organisation of conferences, workshops, webinars and events on the topic of heat transition, in particular decarbonisation of district heating and new local heating networks
- Experience in public relations / communication, political alliance work and fundraising
- 400 Euro per month for 2 days a week (part-time internship)
We wish:
- Enrolled students from heat-change-relevant disciplines
- Negotiable knowledge of German
- Political and organizational experience in climate policy or other left-wing or ecological contexts
- Enjoy networking and organization
- Previous knowledge in the field of heat supply and energy transition
- We are looking forward to experience in the creation of social media posts and event management
Responsibilities:
- Conceptual and organizational cooperation (support in the planning, implementation and follow-up of webinars, discussion events and a half-day conference)
- Public relations, social media and website design
Period: As far as possible from 16 November 2026, for four months. Location is Berlin.
