Por un lado, quer\u00edan comprar combustibles f\u00f3siles que ya no pod\u00edan obtener en Rusia, por otro lado, quer\u00edan asegurar el acceso a la llamada producci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda verde en Am\u00e9rica Latina. \u00bfQu\u00e9 significa este renovado inter\u00e9s para los pa\u00edses afectados? \u00bfExiste una diferencia entre las exportaciones f\u00f3siles tradicionales y las nuevas fuentes de energ\u00eda como el hidr\u00f3geno y los combustibles basados en \u00e9l? \u00bfQui\u00e9n se beneficia?
