Which laws are under scrutiny? And why do civil society organisations, trade unions, environmental associations and data protection activists warn against the dismantling of important European standards?<\/p>\n<p>In this <strong>special edition of \u2018Lunch &amp; Learn\u2019<\/strong>, Our lunch snack for the brain, we want to explore exactly that. We dive into the shallows of the European deregulation agenda, which European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen fondly refers to as \u2018simplifying laws and obligations\u2019.
