Avoid a toxic trade deal.<\/h3>\n

According to the European Commission, the EU-Mercosur trade agreement will be ratified by the Council of the European Union and the European Parliament later this year. We want to prevent that. For years, organisations and movements, trade unions and farmers' associations from the EU and the four South American Mercosur countries (Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay) have spoken out against this toxic trade agreement. There are many reasons for this. Our publications, videos and podcasts that summarize these reasons can be found here. here.<\/a><\/p>\n

Following the negotiations on the EU-Mercosur Agreement on 6 June, was declared terminated on 1 December 2024; Showtime now<\/strong>! If we want to stop the agreement, we need to mobilize as many people as possible. We must address our deputies at the federal level and in the EU Parliament, the German Federal Government and the media. Are you there? Then you are exactly right on this page. This is because it offers support to all those who really want to take action now, with the following materials:<\/p>\n

e) our flyers<\/strong> 8 reasons against the EU-Mercosur Agreement.<\/p>\n

f) Postcards and address stickers<\/strong>, to send them to MEPs.<\/p>\n

g) one Mailing tool<\/strong>, with which you can send an e-mail to our Federal Minister of Agriculture, Alois Rainer, and the Minister of Economic Affairs, Katherina Reiche, to ask them to work in the Federal Government to ensure that they do not agree to the agreement.<\/p>\n
