A new ranking by PowerShift now shows how few European countries, especially Germany, are doing against these ISDS lawsuits. The lawsuits not only undermine important environmental and climate policies, they also directly harm people who want to protect their livelihoods. This is reported by local activists from Latin America.<\/p>\n<p>Is there a slow rise in resistance to the special rights? And what should countries do to stand up to investors?
